General Inventory
is items for resale that are in these groups or types: of Dry Goods, General Merchandise, Paraphernalia and Infused products. Infused are bakery goods, candies, hash, butters and any normal product but a form of Cannabis (Marijuana) has been mixed in a item.

Cannabis Registry
is a group of applications to grow, manage and trace a marijuana bud, its stems, waste and sale.
Since this weed is a raw material we will refer this product as Marijuana (Cannabis) crude bulk.

Cannabis has to properties, the property of the registry and the property of inventory that is for resale. Cannabis for resale it the description properties slated for resaleable inventory. This inventory can be sold in two different ways. Retail to patients and Wholesale to State registered cannabis outlets. These forms and reports will help track is usage and configure price buttons for your bud tender's point of sale.

Cannabis for resale - allows to view it field properties including whats sold. Also allows item fields to be edited or changed.  The operator is not allowed to change it inventory count of what is sold or what was received. If a producted was quantity/price of purchase was incorrectly posted you can edit the amount of invoice purchase. 
 Price Matrix - allow the configulation/setup of price buttons that are used by the bud tenders to aid them at time of sale.  Price Matrix can be used for any inventory item but is very helpful for Cannabis Marijuana curde bulk products.
 Matrix Table -  matrix table is the active form that is part of its inventory file. Matrix Map is a Master table the operator can create different tables to fit the relationship of the product to it's prices.
Receiving Record - is a copy of the cannabis registry that is created after the registry has been posted. Here some editing can be fulfilled. The edit fields are white retrangles and relate to the products general properties. Also if the quantity of grams was posted incorrectly the operator can change the weight in amount.

 - Register New Cannabis
All crude bulk cannabis must be registered, this includes an attachment of the vendor's data. So its important to register all vendors. Registered new cannabis that has been closed and posted will never be deleted unless the State has placed a statude of limitations. Upon reaching it limitation the software will notify the person in charge that the registered item can be removed or deleted.
 - Open - pending registry items
Open or pending are partially registered curde bulk entries, here these unfulfilled items can be completed or reused to complete the registry of your crude bulk shipment. Another function this report shows the cycles of grow. The grower will register the new plants or clones and in return the grower, upon harvest will complete the registry added the product to your resale inventory or will notify the person in charge and they will close and post the product to your resale inventory.
Now that the inventory item has been sold out the inventory item can be deleted or removed.
 - Bud Shelf & Audit
This application is a data entry format witch tracks the daily/weekly or monthly shelf inventory. For example, each morning each container is inspected and weight. The nice buds are weigh and place back in the container. This application records the weight in and any scrapts or shake is weight and applied to waste. In return the waste can be used as fillers for dubies or sold as shake. This inventory is related to your bud tenders to balance that has been sold to that product that is in rotation. In rotation form your safe or lock box to the shelf and sold to your patients.

Bud container refills are of product transferred from your safe or lock box. Weigh in the amount to transfer and record it with this procedure.

Vendor Properties and Reports
Vendor registration is important. Nothing can be purchased without a vendor. A vendor is a person or company that supplies your business with goods for work or resale.
